About
The Ticket N Go app is a tool for event planners who wish to have a handheld solution to scanning tickets. The event's organizers will provide volunteers with smartphones with the app installed as well as credentials to log into the app.
The app scans presented tickets and depending on which mode you are, will display useful information.
There are 3 modes :
- Ticket Entry
- Ticket Exit
- Product
When scanning in Ticket Entry mode, the app will let you know if you can allow the ticket holder into the site.
When scanning in Ticket Exit mode, the app will let you know if the ticket had been scanned before (also useful to know if a ticket has been used twice).
When scanning in product mode, the app will let you know if the ticket holder can redeem products or items for this event.
