I paid in advance for tickets to see Los Desvelados at el Farallon in Lynwood CA. The venue told me that my tickets were cancelled and I had to purchase three additional passes at over 3x the cost.

Worst app

This is a horrible app! I had an event this past weekend and I bought the tickets online so I wouldn’t have to pay much at the entrance and when I arrived they told me they couldn’t finde my ticket number. I was not the only person who had issues with this that night. I proceeded to contact them about the issue and never got a reply.

Doesn’t even let you make a new log in.. and if you do make one it just turns off and says DATA ERROR. The creators should just be ashamed to call this an app. 0 STARS
