Utterly useless. Will not recognize login credentials, however much you try. Doesn’t deserve even the one star you have to assign it in order to submit a review.
Why have an app you can’t log into?
No matter I did it wouldn’t accept ANY Password - inputted by phone or manually created. Get your act together if you want people to use your services!

This app doesn’t appear to work with ticket buyer accounts like the average person might expect. I can’t confirm, but I believe this app is for promoter accounts only and intended for promoters to use to scan many tickets at the door of an event as people file in.
Worse, there seems to be no evidence at all on TicketScene.ca that they even offer an iOS app, let alone a support page or FAQ. It’s alpha software at best.
Avoid downloading.

Useless
The app is literally useless. Using my credentials used when logging into the website this app won’t grant access. Don’t waste your time or 12 MB’s of data

I downloaded this app so I could use it instead of printed tickets.
This app wouldn’t acknowledge my username and password.
I am questioning the validity of this app. I am concerned it might be a password harvester. It should be removed from iTunes until it can properly be verified to work.
