This mobile app is a part of the platform enabling event organisers to control and monitor how their events are performing in terms of sales and attendance. Providing fast reception at the venue is crucial for the customer experience and therefore validating with or without internet connection is a must. Current features of the mobile app include ticket validation and badge printing. Real time data regarding the amount of checked in customers is available but future releases will include more advanced data analytics and control features.
