App doesn’t work

Can’t create an account. App glitched and say fail to send sms for an “email”. Please correct would like to use my
Treadmill speaker !

Was nice while it lasted.

The app was working fine (nothing special, but I liked being able to start & stop my walking pad from my phone) and all of a sudden it no longer allows me to connect. When I click “forgot password”, it won’t send a verification code to my email address for me to pick a new password.
When I deleted the app & attended to start from scratch, it tells me that I already have an account. No wonder it only has a 1-star review.
