3 stars because if you have a watch, you have no cpu to play with, but if you have your phone, there is a cpu.

This app is great when I get bored and want to play a simple game of tic tac toe with someone. I use it on my Apple Watch and iPad and am enjoying the classic game.

Fun game, and the graphics are nice. Only negative thing is that you can't play a computer, you need to have two people to play.
