Iâve been to every game, my location is set to âalways onâ and it still never works.

App never works. I submitted an appeal with photo proof and somehow it was denied. Itâs ridiculous that Iâm not able to get all the football tickets because of this system, and I probably wonât as a senior next year too.
Never works at all
This app is awful and is the way you keep track of what games you go to for alabama. Itâs not fair that your points are what get you in line for purchasing ticket packages when it doesnât work and all the appeals get denied.
Terrible App
All of the bad reviews are right. It Took me an hour before the app finally worked to let me create an account. Since then, it hasnât let me claim my points at a single game Iâve been to, and I have had to appeal all of them. One of these appeals got DENIED and another one has been pending for weeks. Pretty pitiful for a school of this size to advertise an app that doesnât even work.

Poor excuse for recording points
Horrible, good for nothing app. You think with loyalty points being such a necessary component towards getting football tickets they would make it feasibly accessible for students, but itâs the exact opposite. App never loads no matter what school event your at, and all you can do is cross your fingers and hope that loyalty points will come your way. Not to mention, the appeal process is slow and bogus. I wish I could give this app 0 stars for just how awful it is.

Poorly designed
Not user friendly. No clear way to get support when needed. Doesnât work half the time. Appeals process is ridiculous, and if you are denied then oh well you donât get your points. Terrible system.

This app doesnât even function, errors on everything. The few times thereâs not errors itâs eternally loading and still wonât work.
Stop tracking me.
UA, if you even read these, stop tracking your students with this app. Itâs scary, and creepy, and you do not need to know this much about my location. Until I need it next year, this piece of trash app is leaving my phone. Good riddance. Shame on you for STEALING LOCATION DATA FROM STUDENTS!!!
Never Works
I always have to send in appeals to get any points, and sometimes I forget to take pictures so I canât even do that. I have been to every single home game and stayed for 4 every time, but I have been cheated out of over 1,000 points because of the terrible quality of this app. We really should just have act card readers to swipe on the way out of the games. Itâs not like this school canât afford to buy more act card readers to have on the way out of the games. We definitely have the money to do that and if youâre trying to reward students based on their attendance to games you need to have a fair and accurate way of doing so.

App crashes and didnât get points
About two weeks ago my app randomly started crashing and I didnât get the points for the games I attended.
Crashes
The app was working fine for me all season till last week. Now when I try to open the app it just goes to a white screen and then crashes. Iâm not even sure if I got my points from the Arkansas game... Iâd like to know if I need to appeal for the points and just have the app work again
Why have an app that doesnât work?
This app is just the worst. I go to every home game and this is just awful! I have to end up going to the Tide loyalty points desk to get my points. Iâm not going to have an app that doesnât work determine if I get football tickets or not!

The app completely broke on gameday, stayed till the 4th like I do every game but I was not rewarded for it. Kept saying there was an error. Mega dummy idiot stuff right there.
