The water comes first Today is rebuilt around one question: what is the water doing? • The tide, the current and the day's range are the first thing you see, in big, clear figures. • The range is measured against the biggest tides your station gets, and around new and full moon it tells you when you're in springs or neaps. • Moonrise and moonset join sunrise and sunset on the timeline. • The next high and low sit right under the chart, and the weather is one line at the foot of the screen. • Tap the date to pick a day, or drag the chart. It now glides. New in Pro • Tidal currents: where NOAA predicts a current near your station, see its speed, whether it's flooding or ebbing, and when the next slack water is, drawn under the tide on the same timeline. • Rain falls right inside the chart, hour by hour. More for everyone • Free now covers today and the next two days. • A new iPad layout: bigger figures, a full-width chart and the day's tides across the foot of the screen, plus the next five days in portrait with Pro. • Higher-contrast text that's easier to read in bright light. • The tide table and the chart now always agree to the minute.

Took 1 minute to find 1st bug

Still buggy after rewrite. Select a date in future doesn't change data displayed. Now it activates a share link. Uninstalled again.

TideApp has been rebuilt from scratch. There are no ads in it at all now - the startup ad that blocked launches is gone, and so are the crashes around it. If you gave up on this years ago, it's worth another look. Sorry it took so long.

Please wake up and update your app

Use to work but now crashes all the time. Very unstable very frustrating.

TideApp has been rebuilt from scratch. There are no ads in it at all now - the startup ad that blocked launches is gone, and so are the crashes around it. If you gave up on this years ago, it's worth another look. Sorry it took so long.
