IOS 15.5 doesn’t seem supported

I downloaded the app through my data bandwidth, not Wi-Fi. The clock showed, but not the weather or anything else.
I went home and was connected to my Wi-Fi. The title/splash screen shows, but it is stuck there. Shutting down Wi-Fi was no help. Reinstalling the app was no help.
