Doesn’t work
Not only does the app not work, the website that the pamphlet sends you to doesn’t work. This company has been a complete scam. The phone number on the pamphlet goes to a different company that produces plastic. They have no affiliation with this company.
Amazing Product
Is a little confused but you need check pass by pass, when you stay waiting for connection with the wifi you need to get back and there say what’s the next step before to connect with the wifi and app is easy just be patience AMAZING PRODUCT
Horrible
WiFi will not work with this app. It’s really bad. Vacuum does not work with app. So I guess we will just stick with the remote. For reference the vacuum works fine with remote just not the app so you can’t send the vacuum out to do its job if you are not home.
App doesn’t work
I bought this to replace my old robot vacuum.
It came with a remote and worked fine until I added the app. The app is worthless doesn’t allow you to add your device. Now I can’t get the vac to work again. Do not add the app.

Works great
I’ve had no issues with the app so far. It works great and it’s very convenient.
Horrible
The app does not work properly. You can’t pick the robot or add WiFi . So robot is useless without WiFi .
I believe just a scam to collect your data !!! Do not buy this robot !!!! App has no support and it’s useless!!!
You can’t even sign up even if you have the right characters for the password it will not accept it. Very frustrating and the vacuum seems to go in circles and it’s very confused and it won’t work. When you try to add a vacuum robot to the app it doesn’t allow it does is a blank gray square there’s not any options horrible app development
This product should be single for them to sell to us because it doesn’t work at all it’s a big scam it’s horrible somebody to contact the Better Business Bureau or something to make them stop selling this it’s just stealing from us I would like to get my money back I don’t have the receipt anymore and it’s been too long but the app is so horrible you can’t operate the robot without the app so it’s the whole thing is useless it’s a waste of money

Tips on how to sign up! 1 star because app sign up was confusing
Enter info asked on sign up then make sure you push the tiny circle on the bottom left side of that page next to user agreement and privacy info. Then click send and it will email you a code that you add into that last line that has no description. It is confusing but I finally figured it out. You may have to hit the circle user agreement again when logging in. Keep in mind that if you don’t live in China, you can’t provide a mobile number but you can use your email. Hope this helps. I haven’t used the vac yet since I wanted to sign up first and make sure it works before unboxing it. I’ll review again after use!

Horrible product and app
The app will not let me sign up. As you can see the description online is not English but it is marketed as if it is. I am beginning to think this company is a scam. Most of the features on the robot do not work. Most of the features on the remote do not work. The app doesn’t allow me to sign up.
I have emailed and called the company with no response. I regret buying this product from Walmart.
