How does TierLift rank my strength?
TierLift ranks your strength on a 6-tier scale (Beginner to World Class) based on your estimated 1-rep-max for 116 different lifts. This ranking is adjusted for your sex, age, height, and bodyweight, and your raw bodyweight ratio is always displayed.
How does TierLift calculate recovery?
TierLift's recovery engine calculates how long each muscle needs to recover based on the real training stimulus logged in your workouts. It scales recovery times from a couple of hours for light sets to days for heavy, high-volume sessions.
