It is a recordkeeping and drafting tool, not a filing service: official submission always happens through your state or region's designated Tier II portal. Start with a facility profile: name, address, state, NAICS code, owner and operator details, and emergency contacts. Add chemical substances with product name, CAS number, EHS flag, threshold planning quantity, physical state, and hazard categories, each keeping its own confirmation status. Record storage as it actually exists: location, container and pressure details, temperature, quantity, unit, and a conversion factor when volume needs to become weight. Entries lacking a confirmed density or factor are excluded from totals and flagged for manual review instead of being silently estimated. The app normalizes quantities to pounds and combines every storage location for a substance to compute traceable maximum and average daily amounts for the reporting year. Threshold review starts from an EHS minimum of 500 pounds or your confirmed threshold planning quantity, and a default 10,000 pounds otherwise, both editable for state values.
