Don’t waste your money
Terrible app, wouldn’t let me load the cards I got. Also wouldn’t let me use the credits I paid for. Total scam.
Scammed
Be careful with this app. Had to download it for some arcade games at the bowling alley for my son’s birthday. I bought $11 worth of coins and went to buy some more. When I clicked add more credits it automatically bought me $55 worth. I contacted the app immediately and didn’t use any of the coins and they are “unable to refund” and told me to talk to the specific arcade I was at, who also tell me “they can’t refund”.

Theft
This company is extremely exploitative and inconsiderate to customers. I’ve reached out several times over an accidental deposit, and was met with no response. They have intentionally designed the app to deceptively encourage large value transactions ($40), and operate in a manner that targets children in particular.

Good App
It worked really well for me me you can even add multiple games cards to your account and add funds easily, great for multiple kids and trying to keep it all together.
Horrible App and Customer Service
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I recently got this app to let my daughter ride a few rides at the arcade. The app automatically defaults to $40 worth of credits. I tried to get a refund and was told I need to reach out to the property management. I ccd them on the email along with Tigapo customer support and have gotten no response or explanation after several attempts.

Horrible Lag Time/ Lose of Credits
I recently purchased over $100 worth of credits with this app. I’ve either lost credits due to machine timing out because of a lag or credits just not registering on the scanner? Not sure what the issue is but it’s certain that the customer is always at a lost here. I am currently at the arcade on a different scenario and my account will not load to access my remaining credits. I refuse to create another account and spend more money. Please advice at your earliest convenience.

Disappearing credits
When we would try to tap on a game, instead of the credits giving us game credits, they would just disappear, however, when we looked at our history, it actually said the credits were being transferred to another user!

charged me 55 dollars with no warning
the app asked me if i wanted 850 credits after i input my location. i input my card info and it charged me 55 dollars with no indication of price. it looked like a promotion, it was not.
Arcade isn’t where I want an app
I don’t want to use my phone and an app to play arcade.being hooked to my phone at the arcade is a bummer. Also, in store they advertised a larger $199 pack but it wouldn’t let me purchase it on the app.
Also, Disappointed in the games and chances in the new Nanaimo splitzville location. There is not enough strength in claw machines to grab the prizes, except maybe the Taj Mahol game which seems to be the only one awarding prizes. A complete waste of money.
I do not recommend their games or this app.

Excellent customer service
I was at an arcade that recently started using this app for payment so I downloaded it to check pricing. When I entered my card details I accidentally made a large purchase I couldn’t afford. I reached out to their customer service, explained my situation, and they promptly gave me a refund no questions asked. Not sure about how well the app works, but the team behind the app have good hearts and I think that’s what matters most.

Such a useless app
I bought credits at the machine and I can’t transfer them to the app. So I can’t even use them!
Stolen credit
They take your credit and then tells you its insufficient fund. Won’t let you play. Happens when your credit running low around 10 credit. Can’t even argue because who will believe you.

For whatever reason, the quarter rides at the mall switched to this. All I wanted to do was let my grandson have a ride. Could not figure out any of it. Really? What is wrong with some quarters?
