Very unsatisfactory and disappointing
I arranged for a cab at 6:30 AM this morning, booking it last night at 11:00 PM. When I checked the app at 6:30 AM, it was still searching for a driver. Although I only needed four minutes to reach the train station for my 6:52 AM train, I wasn't overly concerned at first. However, at 6:43 AM, the driver called, displaying a rude and uncooperative attitude. He was in the wrong location and refused to listen to my directions, insisting that I come to him instead. Despite my attempts to guide him, he ultimately canceled the ride at the last minute, causing me to miss my important event. In summary, the service proved to be highly unreliable.
