No way to get assistance!!
Waiting on dinner, no way to see where driver is or to contact Tigertown to Go for assistance or contact driver. Error on my part that I input a new address and did not realize it reverts to a previous address. Luckily I am just across the street and can look to see if food was left at door and it was not. 20 minutes past expected delivery and I have no way to verify and no recourse. Two stars only because good selection of local restaurants.

Food is always cold
My food was lukewarm, and the ice in my drink was melted so the drink was watery. This has happened a few times.
Poor Delivery Service - Expensive
Poorly designed app, my driver never showed up and customer support did nothing for me. Also super expensive!?!? This is a predatory 3rd party delivery app, restaurants are better off using their own online ordering platform rather than let these thieves steal from them!

I placed an order. They took the money out of my account never sent the order to the restaurant and now I’m out my money for my food tonight awful!!!!! And then hung up on me when I called them so my husband called back and she hung up on him

Being in a wheelchair and unable to drive, TT2G is the best delivery service and has great choices to choose from. They’re always adding new restaurants too.
Added BONUS - I ordered from University Donuts today and in the “Comments Section” even though they did not offer a 16oz Americano coffee, I asked if it was possible to receive the additional 4ozs. I don’t know if TT2G or University Donuts read the comments, but I received the 20 ounce size for the price of the 16 ounce 😊 (And I was willing to pay for the additional cost of the 4ozs.)
THANK YOU whoever made this possible! But other delivery services DO NOT pay attention whatsoever whenever you make special requests to your order.

This app is absolutely horrible and so is this business. Always takes over an hour to get food delivered and the delivery people are extremely rude.

Would not recommend Wingers sports grill. Wings tasted like old grease and they tried to charge me $1 for half and half of the sauces. Smh. Want good wings go to the wing cafe or wings

Watch out Uber Eats! You have some competition in the Auburn area! This app has made meal time so much more convenient. Usually, delivery is isolated to pizza and Chinese, but you have definitely broadened the choices! Super fast delivery and the order is always right. Keep up the good work!
