Not much use without the piste map
Good app in theory but the interactive map doesn’t show any actual mapping, just the symbols. La carte ne fonctionne pas!

Should be much better. The Val d’isere app map is more useful.
Weather stopped working on 8 Jan
The app is useful but the weather stopped working on 8 January. Please fix. An alternative is to use the Val d’Isere app which has weather for Tignes.
Not updating properly
The weather report has been stuck at 5th January for several weeks!!!
Geolocation would be useful
Interactive map is useful but seems to need to reload every time you switch apps and I can’t find an offline mode.
Also can’t understand the need for location sharing if it doesn’t pinpoint you location on the interactive map, surely that’s the main point of having an interactive map

Interactive map does not work
Last season the interactive map worked in the app but currently does not. You can see the map at the top of the pistes and lifts page but it does not open when tapped. A shame as this is probably the most useful feature!
Not developed enough
As others have said, some YEARS ago, the app has bugs.
Would be v helpful if there was a translate button - if there is one, I can’t find it.

Ski map
Pistes & Lifts does not update as too when they are open or closed! This happens more often than not.
Some features fail
The app appears well designed and mostly functions. The ski tracker feature does require an account but the links for creating an account and forgotten password don’t even operate.
A must have for navigating around Tignes
Interactive map and lift closure info is very helpful.
Interactive Map Broken
Depending on the phone you have the interactive map is broken in as much as, for example, on an iPhone 8 after downloading the map the icons for the lifts and trails are completely in the wrong place.
Do not upgrade from previous Tignes app (Red Logo)
Map on this new app refuses to download nine times out of ten. When it does there is no difference in the information given between lifts opening and lift status, also information is historic compared to Tignes.net, the resorts website. I am using an iPhone 6 running iOS 12.4.5 and trying to download using max signal 4G in resort itself. So in my mind a useless app upgrade from one that worked fine.

SOS function doesn’t work
Downloaded this app thinking it would be handy if there was a problem on our skiing holiday.
The SOS function doesn’t work. I fell over & dislocated my shoulder & we couldn’t use the SOS function to get hold of Ski Patrol.

Decent app but adverts pretty annoying
Like the apps pretty nice and the maps works pretty nicely. It is just super intense pop up ads all the time. And they meep coming back after you click the close button. Like its a bit much if a weeks lift pass costs €300 euros to have to deal with these ads
Interactive Map :-(
This has the potential to be a great asset - particularly the interactive map. Unfortunately, as others have commented, there seems to be an intrinsic bug, which allows the map to work initially, but then fails to load, subsequently. The only - limited benefit way - to address this, is to download the HD map version ... although this soon suffers the same problem. You then have to delete the app and re-download from the App store ... only to go through the same cycle again. Groundhog Day

Having been out to Tignes last week, and tried the app in-resort ... the interactive map WORKED! I don’t know if this is a coincidence, or if a fix has been applied. On returning home to the UK, it still seems to be working.

Piste map won't load
Piste map won't load, just shows loading icon. Not fit for purpose as this is surely what most people want to use the app for...

The idea is good but it simply does not work
Good when it works
The app have very useful features such as safety notification, lift status etc but as others have found the interactive map only works intermittently. Deleting and reinstalling helps for a short while but it really does hamper the apps usefulness when on the mountain.
