Impossible terminar registró

Siempre quise probar Tigo Money. Por fin puedo hacerlo pero no puedo terminar el registro porque el OCR de su aplicación no detecta bien los textos de mi carnet y no me deja editar el número.

Tengo uno de los últimos iPhone con buen cámara, así que no es mi teléfono. Es esta basura de aplicación.

Deberían arreglar el problema en dispositivos IOS ya más de uno comentó eso y no hacen nada para solucionar.. mala app no sirve para nada.. ni entra en mi dispositivo realmente pésimo servicio
