Brokerage Not Supported

If your brokerage is not supported, then this app will not work. I wish there were other ways of verifying stock ownership.

Finally, a way I can access perks for owning stock!

I always invest in the brands that I own and love, and I’m excited to see that those brands are starting to offer rewards, discounts and perks for shareholders like me. Keep up the great work, TiiCKER!

If you hold individual stocks you should use this. Beautiful UI and easy to use.

Brilliant!

I had no idea I could get stock perks from companies. This app makes it easy to find perks you qualify for. What a great idea. The app works great and looks nice too. I haven’t read all of the articles yet but I will. Nice!

January 2024 update: Wow, this new v2.0 version is really good. Beautiful and super fast. Love the work TiiCKER! The best.

Account connected but balance still show $0

I have connected my MerrillEdfe account for weeks now and my balance still shows $0 on TiiCKER.

Update to a frustrating initial experience

Edit update to the initial issue below: once I was able to get in contact with the company through Facebook they were able to resolve the issue and kept me updated on the process to correct the issue. And I would add that they were nice to work with on discovering the issue and correcting it.

The app does not provide a pathway to contact customer service and once you track a pathway down through google, they deny your emails to customer service. This company is horrible.

App won’t work

I DL’ed the app verified my email and for the txt code to finish verifying it keeps saying error or when it does finally say no error no txt message comes. I’ve closed the app and retried I give up

Hello. Sorry to hear you experienced difficulty. Since the TiiCKER app doesn't require a text code to verify a TiiCKER user account maybe you experienced an issue connecting your brokerage. In that case possibly the brokerage did not deliver a text message for multifactor authentication. It is possible for there to be temporary connectivity hiccups when connecting brokerages with third party apps. Since this type of thing is typically a temporary issue we hope you will try connecting your brokerage again sometime so you can discover shareholder perks available to you based on your holdings.

A new way to trade

TiiCKER provides a platform for me to explore casual trading in a new way by offering perks for share ownership. As someone who’s still new at trading, it’s super easy to get involved with something new like this.

Great Concept

Awesome Platform

Pretty cool and unique way to tailor investing to reflect my interests and get perks for doing so! Great way to learn about companies to invest in that I didn’t previously know about that are making products for the activities I love.

Great trading app

I’ve just recently gotten into trading on my phone, with apps like RobinHood and Voyager. TiiCKER brings a different perspective on it all. If you are a trader, give it a try!

Scam

The app DOES NOT WORK and after MULTIPLE attempts to reach someone, no one ever responded. I’m convinced it’s just a way to steal your financial information.
