Tijdsteekproef

With the help of the Tijdsteekproef, a behaviour observation tool, teachers, school counselors and other educational professionals are able to measure the task orientation of his or her students, in both primary and secondary education. The measurement will take 20 minutes; every 20 seconds there will appear 5 options on your screen (task oriented, wandering, walking, disturbing and other). You select one; describing the student’s behaviour at that exact moment. The observation will be stopped right after the 20 minutes have passed. Next, you will get the results of your observation as a circular histogram with percentages. In case you are not able to observe a student for the full 20 minutes, you can always pause the measurement and decide to stop the observation or continue a few minutes later. Finally you will be able to send yourself the results in a well structured report by email. By using this app you won’t be needing paper forms or extra time to get a clear overview of the results.
