Sometimes you don’t get the food, and if you do it’s a half hour late, wouldn’t recommend
High fees and poor customer service
If you carefully analyze the summary of fees on the last page, you will see that in addition to the delivery fee, Tiki adds a substantial fee to the sales tax in the “taxes and fees” category. If you are not paying close attention, you’ll think that is all taxes. When I contacted Tiki to ask about the additional fees, they turned off messaging. They turn off messaging whenever you bring a problem or question they don’t want to answer to them. The delivery service itself is okay. No major complaints there. Because of their refusal to provide a breakdown of fees or properly address issues, we don’t use Tiki nearly as much as we used to.

Love the app!
I used the app for the 1st time today. Easy peasy! Ordered my lunch early in the morning so it could arrive for noon. Driver showed up about 7min before 12! Great job! I’ll use it again!!
Slow service
My wife and I decided to try this app when we heard is was created locally. After waiting for over an hour for our food and not being able to reach anyone at Tiki, my wife and I called the restaurant to see if anyone had picked up our food. We were told that our food had been sitting there for a while and we could come pick it up. So much for the “delivery” part of the service. If you run a business that delivers food, velocity is the key to make sure people receive there food as fresh as possible. I want to support our local businesses, but I will not spend my money and receive subpar service.

Simply Amazing!
Tried this app and service for the first time tonight! Husband working late, two hungry kids and I’m a SAHM that was feeling not my best. I ordered from our favorite pizza place that doesn’t deliver and it arrived within 45 minuets. I even had a special order due to food allergies and it was spot on! Happy kiddos, happy mama. The app is so easy to use and the delivery charge was waived for first time users. You bet I’ll be using this again! Best thing to happen to the coast since we moved here!
