Tikicomber app is an interactive that helps bring another level of depth to Tiki Trail Live events. But the app does not stop there!!
Look for the logo or icon at your local Tiki place and you can collect that Shaka code!! Spot one of the iconic Tikicomber Tiki mugs and you can ask to get the Shaka code for mug AND owner with just a tap!!
Events and artists may have their own Shaka codes. You just have to ask.
You can review your Shaka code collection at anytime and visit the related webpages to keep in contact with other Tiki Community members and support Tiki artists!!
Before you even ask, YES!! There are drink recipes as well and Shaka codes for drinks!!

Fun for all your Tiki needs
This is a great app to keep track of all things Tiki. Keep track of Tiki bars and drinks. You can also make your own Shaka code to share with people you meet. On Tuesday nights 9 pm est there is a zoom meeting called Tiki Trail that has pour a longs, musical guests, and artist. It’s a great way to see what’s going on in the Tiki community.

Couldn’t ever sign in the first time.
Said I needed to be emailed a link. That worked. Clicking the link sent me to the App Store, not the app. I was never able to get in. I contacted the developers and never heard from them.

Log in loop
Can’t log in, puts you in a loop. Passwords are better
App doesn’t work
Takes me in an infinite guardian login loop. I get the email. click, back to app store to load the app. launch app, right back where I started. As far as I can tell it’s non functional.
Tried to many times
When I click the sit in button, you program get lost, how about telling us what will happen and what we need to do.
Cool concept, lots of room for growth
Neat idea to promote interaction with the community, but desperately needs to integrate a map or the ability to search by location. There’s a huge list of venues (great!), but no practical way to see which ones are nearby (not so much).

Won’t load, crashes and freezes phone...too bad, it looks like fun

We are sorry to see that you were having a crash issue. We checked the log with Apple and so far no crashes are reported. Could you let us know what iPhone and iOS version you are using for us to troubleshoot and get on the Tikicomber community.
No instructions on cards
Signed up and it's very unclear what the app actually does. How do you find cards to scan?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Cards can found on-site as you visit Tiki venues and/or meet Tiki explorers around the world. For example, if you go to the 4 Kahunas in Arlington, Texas, you can “Shaka” with the owner and the unique items in the bar to collect your cards. We will post some videos to further explain the experience. New features are coming soon to help explore the Tikicomber community.

This is so much fun and I can’t wait to hop on the trail and chronicle my own journey. Everybody who enjoys the culture should get this app!

I had thought it was weird that there are apps for tracking wine and beer drinks and achievements but none for Tiki related drinks given how popular the tiki culture has become. So happy this has finally arrived! I actually really like how you can track not only drinks but venues and bartenders as well as it makes for a more versatile app 👍🏼
