Hello from Tikita. We are sorry that a blurred SnapPhoto result was marked as successfully generated and that our support response felt dismissive. With Safety Mode off, general adult content is shown; only explicit pornography equivalent to XXX is restricted. SnapPhoto uses external image-generation models, so processing costs are incurred before the completed result can be reviewed. Because generative AI interprets the full context, this cannot be reliably solved by blocking a few keywords; we therefore apply the restriction as narrowly as possible after generation. XXX-level restricted results cannot be automatically refunded, as repeated restricted requests could continually incur external provider costs. We already explain this in the app, but agree that the policy and result labels may not be clear enough, so we will improve the guidance.
