Like how simple and useful the app is. Just missing one option in my opinion, ability to rearrange categories.

I used it for a year. Trusted it. Now it asks me to sign in worth Apple ID, I do and it asks me to Sign in with Apple ID over and over. No access to my video and no support available.
Can’t sign in anymore
I loved this app when it first came out. But now it won’t let me sign in! It asks me to sign in with Apple (which is not how I set up my account) and I’m unable to do that. So I am just shut out of this app and all of my saved videos for good now? I sure would like a response…bc before this, I loved the app!

Can’t sign in anymore

Can’t sign in…
Downloaded the app today. When I opened it and tried signing in with Apple, nothing happens. It asks if I want to sign in with my Apple ID, I click “continue” and it just goes back to the main screen. I tried going to the support link but that only sends me to an Indonesian site with no where showing a “contact us” or “send an email”. I thought this app was going to be a solution to the problem of saving videos all over the place…apparently not!
