Literally stole my money
How can you legally get away with this? The app doesn’t even work. It crashes every time I try to save the video, and when I reinstall the app it asked me to pay again. This is a piece of garbage literally including the UX! I want my money back.

I paid the subscription for the water mark removal feature so I could save my own content to upload to other platforms but they do not allow watermarks . So after two weeks of back and forward with the dev team they have fixed a lot of problems I had but have now removed the water mark removal feature. Please please please can you fix this and my five star rating will stand as the software team have been very good at helping me .

This app does not remove the TikTok watermarked like advertised. Don’t waste your $5 a month or $30 a year. There is no free plan either or trial period.

Bugs need fixing
I paid for it and tbh it’s a bit expensive for what it does. There is a bug where you can’t actually scroll down to the save button so it’s useless. And when you do manage to save your video the quality is worse.

I have to reinstall app every time I want to remove TikTok logo from a video as it won’t load new links. Would be great, easy to use app. I paid to use this so I expect it to work. Please fix bugs!

Charging me for a subscription I never even took out
Downloaded the app for free but somehow ended up being charged nearly £5 a month! Haven’t used the app at all. Not happy
