خدمة عملاء سيئة وتوصيل فاشل

طلبت من التطبيق من سوبرماركت نستو وصلتني جميع المثلجات ذايبة ردو علي (اليوم الثاني )بنعوضك بقيمة المثلجات في المحفظة/على أي اساس تجبروني اشتري منكم مرة ثانية وماترجعون فلوسي لحسابي البنكي؟؟!!/اضافة اني طلبت منهم استلام باقي منتجاتهم لعدم رغبتي في التعامل مع تطبيق سيء مثل :تيلة/رفضو كذلك/موظفة خدمة العملاء تردد نفس العبارات وبالنهاية تقول ليس لدي صلاحيات وهذا نظام التطبيق!!سلامات تحطون النظام اللي تضيعون فيه حق الناس بس… لن أسكت عنكم وسأتحدث مع كل من يقابلني عن سوء تعاملكم وفشل خدمتكم…عذرا..أنتم تريدون هذا
