I don’t need it often, but when I do it relieves a whole lot of stress. Tonight, I couldn’t find my wallet so I hit the button and it led me to it.

Love Tile! I have found my wallet and keys, and my son has found his wallet all with Tile. We have them on sets of keys, wallets, and a laptop. We will always use Tile!

This is a great alternative to expensive tag or gps devices. My daughter has 4 of the pet versions. We get notifications when they are having the “zoomies”!

I’m writing a new review because it’s been a long time since the first. I still Love my tiles. I don’t know what I’d do without them. I’m forever misplacing my keys or my phone and my tiles have certainly saved me so much time in searching for them. I accidentally put my phone in a cupboard while putting groceries away and I was frantically looking until I remembered my tile. I got my keys & pushed the button and walla I found them!! I still have one on my kindle too! I attached my first review on here too!

“My daughter bought me my first Tile a few years ago and it was great until the battery died. So, year before last she bought me a 2 pack of the Tile Pro for Christmas, which you are able to replace the batteries. I love them so much, I’m forever forgetting where I put my keys and I put the other one onto my Kindle. If I have my keys and can’t find my phone, it’s wonderful. Just push that button and the phone will sound off, even if I have it on silent.”

IOS 27 no good for tile
Tile dropped the ball here as the app works in IOS 27, but OMG it is unbelievably slow. Unusable actually.
Just what I needed!
I keep a tile in my wallet and anothe on my keys. I have ADD so I’m constantly forgetting where I left things and this has saved me MANY times! I highly recommend. I only wish the battery would last forever.

I accidentally left my key at the locker room area where you put things before you ride the rollercoaster when I was at universal Hollywood and find me feature let me know my keys was nearby. I click on the find me key things and it made a sound that let me know where it was. The sound was coming from the locker so I told one of the worker to open so I can get the key. Thank you to this product because I would have probably lost my keys it wasn't for this.

The Tile locators work very well and are very useful. The price is excellent and it’s easy to replace the battery. I love mine.

Lost my phone outside in the dark. Hit the tag on my keys and walked back over my steps. Found it! I would have not found it at night or during the without my tile!

I love Tile. As one who is constantly misplacing my keys and now, my phone with regularity, tile has been a life saver more than once.
Terrible Customer Service n Help
Just trash can’t reactivate previously deleted tiles even though the account is the same. There is no human help just ai chatbots, even the text support, attempts to connect with a human end up in a loop of them not recognising your email address so you’re stuck with them and their lack of solutions. There’s no other way to contact customer service available so I’m leaving this review in the hopes I get a response. So disappointing as tile is actually a great product.
