Please get the advertisements off the screen. They stay on way too long. I have been playing this game for a long time. I’m almost at 7000 games ,plus all the events and it’s getting ridiculous. I have complained about this many times and it keeps happening. Ridiculous. Plus there is a shadow over the event so I can’t play

Sign in issues
I love this app!! However, this last month I have to sign in every time I close it out. It’s frustrating.

App won’t load on an iPad running latest version. There’s a red circle in the upper right corner with a 1 in it.

Every time I try to access it, it seems like it wants to open then disappears.

I have been playing this game for at least 2 to 3 years daily and this last year has been awful. I would play it every single day however I find myself now playing other games because the game has a lot of issues the advertising of other games won’t permit you to continue. When a special or seasonal part of the game is offered you can’t participate because you can’t get the advertising off your screen .I have had the advertising of product, other games etc stuck on my screen for two days Bug fixes are needed constantly You advertise games with no ads. You need to consider that for this game Awful You need to consider allowing us to be able to play at least 2 rounds before an advertisement. Advertisements are to long and to constant over and over again. Ridiculous !
You also need to get Blitz - win cash off of my screen. So I can play the special event going on

Too many ads and game hangs up or freezes
Three times now while competing in the Mother’s Day event this game has gotten hung up, slid yellow prize tiles out of sight behind other picture tiles for no credit, and simple refused to send yellow tiles down to the rack. O matter how many times I tap them. This messes up my count and my score and slows my progress PLUS if I go out of the game and come back in again I get to enjoy yet another ridiculous advertisement for a lame game.
I enjoy the game but this just hasn’t been fair.

Too many ads, game flitches and locks up
I enjoy the puzzles though they get boring when there isn’t a competitive event. The prizes are generous and it’s possible to play without making purchases. My complaint is that there is ad after every completed round and some of those don’t ever turn off making it necessary to totally go out of the game and come back in order to continue play.

I love playing this game with the many more events that are now being added. We’re not having to wait weeks for an event to come along. It is much appreciated!!!
Keeps jamming up
I love this game and play it most days. However today it has stuck again. I’ve had a problem in the last couple of days but it usually right’s itself in about 10 minutes. Today however it’s been stuck for over 2 Hours! Can you do anything? Thank you.
Please fix the bug
Love this game, playing a lot. You can play absolutely free, if you have patience to watch ads. Some are long, yes, but you can deep breathe 3 times or look far away for your eye health and it’s time to play again.
Recently I have a problem with turning tiles, especially golden ones. I think it’s a bug. The tiles are completely visible but cannot be turned. Sometimes the game finishes while there still are titles on the screen. Please fix ASAP.
