Issue on connection

I really love this game and have played it for a while, and I payed to remove ads. Last week, I suddenly got an error that it couldn't connect when I finished the game. After that, I couldn't advance to the next puzzle. I then deleted it from my phone to re-install and now it won't restore my purchase. Can you help?
