Not happy!

Had this app for years, absolutely loved it as I found playing it was calming and relaxing. However, I have done the recent update and I’ve lost everything! All my collections, and, all of my coins that I have built up, some of which I paid for! I am very, very disappointed and really don’t feel like starting over again. 😕

Perhaps a relax mode?

Fun game. Would even be nicer if the game had a relax mode without the timer. I find the timer slightly annoying when I’d prefer to work on a puzzle at my own pace, especially when I’m trying to destress.

Thanks for your feedback - in the game's settings menu you can hide the clock if you prefer not to see this (this won't impact your rewards as these are not affected by the time taken to complete a puzzle). We hope this helps!

Fun

I really enjoy this game. I have had it for a long time. The only thing I can complain about is the buying of puzzles and buying puzzle sets don’t balance out.

Wow! Best Puzzle Game

This is a really fantastic game which has been well thought out and created beautifully. It is the best puzzle game I have ever played in my 66 years. I am a retired school teacher with MS and am now bedridden. What a pure delight it was to tumble on to this game. It is simply amazing. I look forward to years of happy times playing this game. Bravo! And humbly thank you. Now I need to go and tell my friends. 🌸

I think this is a fantastic game keeps u occupied for hours only thing I wish there were more updates also where do unfinished your completed puzzles thanks

Would love it 5plus stars but—-

I love this app. It is addicting. However there is no access to saved work. The cross stitch app by the same people have awesome options, such save to photos. Also I do not understand being given the option to change background color to what’s seems like a rainbow of choices, only to be able to choose between dark somber colors. Also the size is great on my iPad, but on my iPhone Max it’s too small to see what I’m doing. And there’s no ability to pinch in and out. This app is screaming for improvement.

Want to like but

I love the pictures and I love the various shapes the puzzles come in.
I like being able to change the amount of pieces too. But the puzzles are too expensive. I completed the puzzles that were there and I even bought a pack through the coins I got but now have to wait until I get more coins before I can buy another pack.
Just wish you had a sale or something but it was fun while it lasted

Good

I love this app. I play cross stitch world as well. I do have one problem with it though. ITS TOO SMALL! The developers need to make the same upgrade to this game that they made to cross stitch world. I use my iPhone to play. I can see the patterns just fine, but I can not read how much I am given for completing puzzles the patterns and I can not read how much new packs cost in order to purchase more patterns. Please fix this!

Hope you don’t need to pause!

I have to press and hold the clock symbol to pause the game. If I’m needing to pause, I need to do it quickly. Which means I don’t have time to press and hold. Not only that, but once I accidentally hit the puzzle settings and reset a 600-some-odd piece puzzle. Didn’t even mess with the settings, and undid a puzzle I was almost finished with because I needed to pause. Additionally, once you put a piece in place, you have to tap another piece before the one you positioned previously locks in place, which is frustrating when you’re trying to work with the piece next to it.

It’s fun, but more tedious than enjoyable. Cross Stitch World is better.

Hi BuckyBeeBee, thank you for sharing your feedback! We'll take a note of it to consider for future improvements to our user interface. For the tiles locking, the locking only happening after you've pressed another tile is an intentional feature. This is in place so players still need to choose the correct position of the tile themselves (if they locked immediately when they were in the right place, it would be possible to just tap every tile until it stopped moving without actually thinking about the puzzle or even looking at the piece, which we believe would take away the fun for a lot of players).

Fun

While I really love this game you really don't get enough tokens from the puzzles to buy more. They will however sell you some. So as much as I love it I have to give it one star because I won't buy tokens.

Doesn't work

On my iPad and iPhone, I click the icon, it thinks for a few seconds, then force closes! Fix this please! I love this game on Facebook.

Waste of Money

App doesn't work. Tap icon & screen pops up telling you to rotate phone to horizontal position. Nothing happens.

Addictive but no rewards.

I stumbled upon this game. I am addicted to it. The only problem I have is it seems as if I am always finishing my puzzle off line. I can not tell when the game kicks me off but I have completed 5 puzzles and I have not gotten any money for it because I finished off line. This is frustrating because I would love to buy more puzzles but I can't because I can't earned and coins.

Hi Jennybug73, if you are offline when you complete a puzzle the reward is added the next time the app connects. You can check whether a puzzle has correctly been marked as completed and your reward has been added as, if so, there will be a green tick on the puzzle in your collection.
