This App does work well. I use it from time to time on projects. What I would like to see as a added option. Would be the ability to have a full tile on one side and the app calculate the last cut tile tile size. This is almost always how I install tiles. Full tiles uncut at room openings and the cut smaller pieces at the wall side. I would pay for a better tile app that does just this.

Who can’t figure straight lay?
Where’s the Brick pattern or 1/3 brick option to figure where to start? 12”x24”. Should have layout for all 3. But especially straight lay. Visual

This program doesn't work correctly. I realize it's a basic program but every time you put in the necessary information and press calculate, it gives you equal cuts, which I assume are for the two tiles at the end of each row and the number of tiles needed for each row. The only problem is the total math equal to the size of the tiles needed, plus the thickness of the grout never equals the width of the wall.

Standing in Home Depot looking at different tiles and sizes and wondering how much I exactly need is not a problem anymore. I just pull out my phone and open this app and I've got my answers.
Makes it super easy to take advantage of sales or better looking tile on the fly.
Really helps with installation decisions too. Just being able to choose having the grout line at center or having a tile at center is really helpful.

Excellent app!
This app helped me do an almost perfect tile job! It would have been perfect if I had more experience. I ran through the calculations for both length and width of my bathroom and found the position for the first tile. Everything just fell into place from there. Even cuts, no small pieces and perfect grout lines.

Simple and effective
A nice little app that instantly gives you a starting point for laying your tiles. This will come in useful for some of my tile projects. Definitely worth a buck.
