I usually dine in store today my first order from app made me very disappointed I paid by card and deducted my money already but in the app I didn’t have any order and my points didn’t increase. I reported this error with customer service in app but didn’t receive any response.

Scammed me twice!
This app scammed me twice! It made me pay for my order online and then I find out that my order didn’t reach the branch. I talked to my bank & they said they can’t stop the transaction the vendor must reject the transaction since it was false & if they didn’t then we can open a dispute. They took my money so I opened a dispute & I tried to reach out to Tim Hortons even used the app to send an email but never got a reply back!!! Going to delete this app!
