User reviews

Took my money and couldn’t access premium features.

Very unhappy with the app. I decided to buy premium and the subscription didn’t work but they still charged my card. I bought the weekly subscription to attempt to try it and see if it was worth the money. Well after purchasing the subscription it didn’t let me use any of the premium functions. So I attempted to restart my iPhone and close the app and non of that worked. There isn’t really a spot to speak to customer service about usage of the app and unfortunately I think my $12 is gone and there is no one I can contact about it.
