I don’t do much more than just basic things with it. But it works so very well.
Easy AND secure!
Love using this app because it has 2-factor authentication and with iPhone it’s super easy to receive the text and get into my accounts smoothly.
Maybe the best thing is that whenever I have questions I can contact REAL PEOPLE who work at the bank who are willing to help me.

Timberline Bank is wonderful! Excellent, efficient customer service every time. The staff is always helpful with whatever banking needs I have and makes things easy.
Great so far
It’s so far awesome but not like the old app I still like better though reminds me of special family member can only make it one way and taste like hers speciality but others can try but just doesn’t compare so far this app is trying to make the food better but the consumer doesn’t want better but wants the old burger to come back just as it was.
I like the features and I believe the bank will not be going back to old app since you have more features and things you can do now than before.
That’s why I chose 4 stars and there’s a chance to improve. I can see the new addition to the old burger but I am going to choose the best about the improvements thanks

Even the old app sucked.
I’ve had problems for YEARS being able to sign in without a ton of error messages popping up, saying “contact customer support. We’re having trouble retrieving that information” it was like that in the old app and now it’s in the new app too. Also I’m just kinda tired of banking with them. They’re too nosy about where I spend my money or how I get it. It’s none of your business and what if I asked you how you spend your money and where you got it? I hope they really work on all of this, do some training for the tellers, because every time they ask where I’m spending my money I always tell them “Strippers, cocaine, and a new car”, because I’m tired of these ridiculous questions.

New app is terrible
The new app for Timberline mobile banking is terrible. While the previous app you could rearrange your accounts, that is still the same here however it’s always edible. Previously, you had to select an option to edit the location and arrangement of your accounts. Now, when you login they will rearrange on their own even after group.

Kinda Clunky
The UI is very rough and time consuming. Not very easy to use. Quite frustrating and overall poor quality.
