I was able to select one object and then the game started freezing. Randomly zooms in and out, and it won’t allow you to select any of the objects.

Crashes, not playable

I have been playing for almost a decade and use the game to enhance my eye-hand coordination. Since the latest update, I have been unable to do anything but collect coins and play the roaming sphere. Every time I try to select a scene or select any other option, the game crashes requiring it to be reopened. Hopefully, you’ll find a fix for what’s going on with the game and get me back in. Thank you.
I have the game installed on an iPad Pro 2024 running iOS 26.2. Hope this helps.

Won’t load

Don’t waste your time on this game! I have had a problem with this game for almost a month. Got the usual thank you from support tech and that is about it! Tired of waiting! Save yourself the grief don’t download. You can find better games out there.

UNBELIEVABLE

This has been my FAVORITE game for YEARS!!! Recently there’s been some really bad issues!! While playing the game it all of a sudden POPS off my screen!! Then it wouldn’t load. I started having to off load it to the cloud. Then when I would load it and start playing and it was just fine for a short time then repeat over and over. Then all of a sudden I thought everything was working again but, issues started again. I don’t know.. I also have other issues like I am unable to get cellular service IN MY OWN HOME!! WiFi doesn’t work on any iPhone or iPad either! What is going on?? I forgot to add that this game is now freezing up! I just tried going to the game again and I have been trying to the “button “ that takes you to your email for help but, it hasn’t been working for quite a while. I’m am so sad that I can’t play this game since it has been my go to game that helps me to get distracted from my life since everything is so overwhelming now. I truly hope and pray that the developers will fix this AMAZING GAME!!!🙏😩😩

Not impressed

I used to love this game. I played it for years. But then I couldn’t get it on my IPhone until now. I was so excited to play it again after years of not being able to. And Lord Heavenly days, am I ever disappointed. The game never even used to have Ads. Now it’s full of them. I don’t like it! Will probably uninstall. What a shame to ruin such a great game…..

Finding more problems you do tasks then you need to get more crystals and the adverts jam up so you have to switch it off and start again therefore you have lost points and have to start again not enjoyable any more

Здравствуйте!Отличная игра!Но очень много недоработок.В локации «казино» энергия 800 🤯 серьезно?это очень много!!!Слишком много.Нет заданий на время!Вернее они высвечиваются,но дальше этого нет ничего.Пишет «отправляемся в путешествие»(локация бар)заходишь туда и ничего,но посмотрев рекламу можно получить ожерелье а толку ноль!Раньше можно было за открытие локации получить деньги и опыт теперь этого нет,задание на время исчезли,так же при обмене коллекции не всегда учитывают опыт и денежное вознаграждение.И!пустой остров(добавьте к нему коллекцию.
Сейчас вы сделали поиск пирожных,отлично)Но!!!за прохождение вы даете вознаграждение например 3 сундука в итоге получаешь 1, 8 чаш вы даете 1! Итак во всем пишите одно количество в итоге другое даете.Оченьььь много недоработок.

I guess you don’t care!!!

I officially hate this game!!! I have exchanged my items in the collections several times and have NOT received what I should have! For example, I just exchanged two collections for two- 320 XP got nothing both times. Another example of your cheating the consumer; I go through the entire week working towards the award at the end (it was a valuable chest), but when I get to it you changed the award to something lesser value.
People! Avoid this game like the plague!
