Crashes, not playable
I have been playing for almost a decade and use the game to enhance my eye-hand coordination. Since the latest update, I have been unable to do anything but collect coins and play the roaming sphere. Every time I try to select a scene or select any other option, the game crashes requiring it to be reopened. Hopefully, you’ll find a fix for what’s going on with the game and get me back in. Thank you.

Won’t load
Don’t waste your time on this game! I have had a problem with this game for almost a month. Got the usual thank you from support tech and that is about it! Tired of waiting! Save yourself the grief don’t download. You can find better games out there.
UNBELIEVABLE
This has been my FAVORITE game for YEARS!!! Recently there’s been some really bad issues!! While playing the game it all of a sudden POPS off my screen!! Then it wouldn’t load. I started having to off load it to the cloud. Then when I would load it and start playing and it was just fine for a short time then repeat over and over. Then all of a sudden I thought everything was working again but, issues started again. I don’t know.. I also have other issues like I am unable to get cellular service IN MY OWN HOME!! WiFi doesn’t work on any iPhone or iPad either! What is going on?? I forgot to add that this game is now freezing up! I just tried going to the game again and I have been trying to the “button “ that takes you to your email for help but, it hasn’t been working for quite a while. I’m am so sad that I can’t play this game since it has been my go to game that helps me to get distracted from my life since everything is so overwhelming now. I truly hope and pray that the developers will fix this AMAZING GAME!!!🙏😩😩

I have tried several times to load game. It gets about 95% loaded then kicks me out.
Not impressed
I used to love this game. I played it for years. But then I couldn’t get it on my IPhone until now. I was so excited to play it again after years of not being able to. And Lord Heavenly days, am I ever disappointed. The game never even used to have Ads. Now it’s full of them. I don’t like it! Will probably uninstall. What a shame to ruin such a great game…..

Finding more problems you do tasks then you need to get more crystals and the adverts jam up so you have to switch it off and start again therefore you have lost points and have to start again not enjoyable any more

I officially hate this game!!! I have exchanged my items in the collections several times and have NOT received what I should have! For example, I just exchanged two collections for two- 320 XP got nothing both times. Another example of your cheating the consumer; I go through the entire week working towards the award at the end (it was a valuable chest), but when I get to it you changed the award to something lesser value.

I sent a review that explained that at the Trailer location a blank panel shows up which makes it impossible to complete. If it isn’t fixed, I will delete this game and move on simply because you don’t care!

Cannot access quests. Before and after latest update
I cannot do quests. When I go to the list it opens the voting thing which will then not close. Emailed about this before. It worked immediately after the update while there were quests above the voting thing. Once those quests were done, it started going straight to the vote. The ads have always been buggy and rare to have a session when it doesn't hang up but this latest bug is just a bit much. If you are not going to get it running properly take it sown

Enjoyable but flawed
Have been playing for quite a while now but am noticing more and more glitches. Including objects that are invisible so you have to use your hints, objects off screen so you waste a hint trying to find them, objects not responding to tapping once located by a hint. All this means that you lose a progression. Areas affected include Beach Bar, UFO, Baby Room and Trailer. I have contacted support but they seem very laid back about it - which is not great. People spend money or spend endless time watching adverts on this game and just to be told the glitches will be fixed at some unspecified time in the future with an update is poor. Reducing my enjoyment of what could be a great game.

Enjoying the game but if you choose to watch an advert the game often freezes. Also energy cost is very high.

This is absolutely my most favorite game, however you did an update yesterday and now the game does not flow smoothly. It locks up and freezes a lot. Hoping you can work out the issue.
