Firstly double check that you are logged into the correct iTunes account and you have purchased a magazine under that Apple ID and In the app go to Account > Preferences > Restore iTunes Purchase Tap Restore, Once completed, go to Read where you should be able to Download your issues If this is not the case, please close the application and open it again to make sure the Read menu reflects the latest information.
