Great magazine for international affairs
TIME magazine has always been a great and authentic source of information. After reading TIME you always feel informed because it enhances your knowledge of international affairs.
Subscribed for instant access but it failed me
I subscribed time Asia edition. Got access to web contents easily but this ipad version simply a bad program. Repeated authentications and signed in failed to find my way to access the content. Even complaining to their customer service was not yet responded.

Lots of potential, no effort
The app retains the same formatting and text boxes used in the magazine. Unfortunately, a phone isn't the size of an A4 size paper, so I need to zoom into individual paragraphs to read. It's like I'm looking at scanned images of the magazine pages. No customisability options like dark mode, larger font sizes, no landscape mode...are we living in 2010? I really doubt it's that hard for people at Time to make a better app. Hell, charge us if you need to. But this app is lazy and awful.

This is my first experience with the TIME App.
I am unusually excited since reading the Time (print version) had always excited me since the seventies and even the back issues also. Now that I have subscribed for the Digital eMag of TIME I was eagerly waiting for the FIRST issue dated 24april. But I'm sad I can read only on iPad and not on my Nexus9 . I can't appreciate why ! The day when I can read in my nexus9 I can say I'm completely SATISFIED.

Great Application. Great reading experience.
I am really very impressed with the application. I was already a great fan of Time magazine. Now with this iPhone iPad application my respect for the magazine has increased many fold. Congratulations on the great work!
Fabulous reading experience
Brilliant interactive interfaces give fabulous reading experience. I love and look for those attractive interactive red buttons on pages. Finally when I close the issue I do it with a feel of having watched a cinema planting the crux of articles directly into the memories. Recommended for all iPad owners.

Fraud application, Beware
This application does not show Asian version. I have subscribed for one year but I am not able get Issues. This happened to my colleagues, too. Their customer support system is not working, not responding to any complaint. You can not do anything if you are having problems in downloading or anything. I have lost my money of one year subscription. So beware of buying such fraud subscription. I may have given negative stars if it would be possible.

On a few occasions, I had difficulties in downloading issues on IPad. However the problem was sorted out when I sent email to customer care. Delivery of printed issues is erratic.
Time asia is scam
They (time asia) charge more than double the subscription charge (45 US$ for one year in India) compare to Time US edition (they charge 20 US$ for one year in US). Their all upgrades are pathetic. Current upgrade is not showing my purchases and not allowing to download current one even though it is showing me signed in. Their top banner panel is showing Time Europe for unknown reasons. This app and all its upgrades are pathetic without fail.

Time app. Is poor and needs to be I proved upon
The TIME app of iPad is poor. It hangs too often. The pleasure of reading or storing issues is always in doubt as you are never sure that it will work when you use your iPad the next time. No online help is available. Help on phone is not there. I use several other magazine app's (example - Economist magazine) and never experience any such problem. A magazine like TIME is ignoring customer satisfaction.

Buggy App
Several months ago, the app worked ok just a couple times.
Thereafter, since around 8 weeks the new issues just don't seem to download, the app appears stuck in limbo and then just shuts down.
I can see the new issue covers, but just cant download the issues. And if i click on the issue it freezes, whizzes me back to a very old issue and then crashes in a few seconds.
Have deleted and reinstalled many times.
am fed up with this app, and convinced it has to be one of the most terribly designed magazine apps out there.

Disappointed
I have a print subscription and i tried to access the ipad edition. I do not have a password and to get a log in password I kept submitting my registered email id with Time but the message always was Please submit a valid email address. I gave up after trying for two hours and I shall delete the app and cancel my print subscription also if I do not get a reply from their customer service on this problem

Love it but for the download speed
It's a great app.. Fun to read and so clear .. Sometimes there are issues with the download -slow speed and crashes but they are fewer now than initially... And much better than Conde Nast,Glamour magazine.
Avoid
I subscribed to this magazine thinking I would get access to the digital edition but turns out I have to download the Asia edition which cannot be purchased via the Indian App Store. So, basically I am stuck. Tried cancelling my subscription but they are trying to convince me that the download is available. So, basically I'm stuck. I sincerely suggest you avoid this App and subscribe to The Economist instead. It has more articles and interesting ones.
