Not working
This app is not working. Very frustrating as my older daughter used it and now my younger daughter cannot benefit from it. You should take this app down or update it.
Not working
iPad 2017
Frustrating
My daughter is putting in the correct answers and the game is marking them incorrect. She is getting very frustrated. Please fix this game!
Good
Was wondering if there could be a setting to change the coins as it is done in pennies, nickels and dimes? Would like to see it in Australian dollars as well as my son is getting confused with the money side of this app, please fix
Awful!
Cannot figure out how to enter the correct answers and if you type the wrong one, you're redirected to another page instead of being allowed to try again. Confusing and frustrating!
American game
Buyers should be aware that this is an American game, so all the coins, etc are US coins. No good for my son here in England.
Well...
This app is great! It is an awesome interactive tool for teaching and reinforcing fractions, time and money. The games are fun too and a good way to break up the continual work. There are sounds, unlike a previous review stated and there is also a way to concentrate on one specific subject (select the horseshoe). My son is in first grade this year and this is a great way to continue what he is doing in school, although I fail to see where the 2nd grade content is because we've done this entire workbook and everything we've done is what he is currently doing in first grade.
That being said, the price is too high for what you actually get here. There is no advanced level once you finish the first set of questions successfully, even free learning apps and $0.99 apps offer an advancement. Like I said before, this is also ONLY first grade content, no second grade content (unless it's a second grade review of first grade content). I would like to see the developers take more time with the actual learning content rather than the "recess" games.

Only 10 pages for each
Really for $10 I could have went out and bought a book with more pages in it. This should have cost maybe $1.99. I will not be buying anymore of the school zone apps. This was a total rip off.
Not worth 9.99
This game is ok. I wish I hadn't paid so much for it, because it's not worth 9.99 maybe 1.99. This game is not as engaging as the teach me games.
Nice app for homeschoolers
I have purchased several of the School Zone Publishing Apps for my wife to use while home schooling our 3 young children and these Apps are great for some self paced learning time and it is fun for the kids as well. Awesome Apps From an awesome company!
Good, but fairly limited.....
My son went through the whole thing, and enjoyed it, but it doesn't move to the next level and challenge him. So now I'm searching for something else for him to work on. He's in second grade and only used this app about 4 times before he mastered it. Worth $10? not in my opinion, for that, I was expecting more........

Finally,
This is a great app for my second grade son. He's loving the fractions, and all the coin counting games. They also added a little race car speedway to break up the math problems. It's been tough to find something challenging yet fun for his grade level. Def worth buying for him to practice his math skills.

Not worth the money
I have bought much much better apps for a lot less!! I was expecting so much more from this developer.
Two things that could be fixed to make it much better
1. Ability to remember the players.
2. Be able to put students names in so they could return to there game every time.
I like the concept but it could be so much better,

I want my money back!!!
The worst kids learning game ever! I expected that since I paid $9.99 for and it was put out by School Zone it would be a great learning tool for my daughter who just turned 7 and is learning money in school right now. The next 2 chapters are telling time and fractions. I figured it would be a win, win. Boy was I wrong, wrong.
-No sound
-No way to really pick and work on one thing at a time.
-No levels to move onto for advanced learning
-It counts the money for you as you put it in the bank. I don't know about everyones children but mine don't learn if it's done for them.

Good app!
My child loves this app. I think it needs more practice on how much each coin is worth. My child does not know how to count on, count by 10's, 5's and so on yet. It needs real simple money counting for beginners. Maybe a little more for the price.
Not worth the price
The content of this app is not bad but
1) it is not easy to use and/or navigate inside the app
2) the graphics are disappointing
Once your child figures out how to navigate, it does have a good educational value. Spend your money on something else.

Cool app
My students love this app. They have a fun time using it during centers. I would like to see more questions and have 3 levels.
Keep on making fun, educational games!

Time value
I bought this app the day the iPad came out. Of course it was ported. But I paid $24 at Apple store for this software. I have no problem with the fact that they took the CD-ROM software at brought it to the iPad for $9.
The pure depth of this program crushes anything else in it's category. As for graphic quality, Its as good as on the computer. I can not read "dime" on a real dime. What's up?

good content - poor graphics - pricey
The content, as promised in the description, is helpful, varied, and engaging. The audio instructions are clear and there are plenty of activities for money, fractions, and time. My only complaint is that the graphics are really subpar. This is an iPad only app and yet it's obvious that it was ported from another platform without much thought to matching the iPad's native resolution.
Normally, I wouldn't care. I have native iPhone apps that work just fine on the iPad at 2x resolution. In this case, we're trying to teach a child to recognize coins and count coins. The coins are all blurry and heavily pixelated. For youngsters, the details make all the difference. For example, a dime could be recognized from its size, but you should also be able to read the words "ONE DIME" on the back of the dime. On this app, the words are so blurry that it's not possible. The coins are all large enough that it should be easy to read the words on them.
For a $1 app, a lot of those things are forgivable. For a $10 app I expect for an iPad app to match the iPad's resolution. I hope that this issue is addressed and that a fix is provided. I would like nothing more than to give this app a 5 star rating.

Worth the price
This is the same program that sells for $25 on a disc. This is great for children starting to learn these concepts...very interactive and engaging. And...the intermission games are fun too! I generally don't buy apps in this price range, but I'm glad I bought this one!!
