Poor compatibility with accessibility features on iPhone

I love the restaurant and order breakfast for my kids and I every other weekend. Typically I tried to do it online, but the way to do it on a computer is not working. So I tried the app. I am visually impaired and depend on accessibility features, specifically voiceover, to help me navigate apps on my phone. This is one of the worst acts in terms of compatibility with accessibility features. It took me about an hour to figure it all out and navigate it due to my visual impairment. My suggestion is when this app is updated to have the designer increase compatibility with accessibility features so that people with disabilities can utilize it as well as those without.

Poor service and terrible food!

I ordered my food at 1:45am and it arrived at 3:20. I was only 4 miles away. Unc is on summer break so they can’t blame it on high volume due to students. I called to cancel my order 5 times but no one ever answered. Once my order arrived I was given a cold flavorless fried chicken biscuit and a rock hard cinnamon roll. Needless to say, I will never order from time out again.
