great concept, poor execution
I needed this app! such a good idea but deeply flawed. I have two critiques.
1) minor complaint: the only options are once per hour or once every 30 minutes. I want more granular control. also I can’t pick certain days; it’s all or nothing
2) major complaint: the app doesn’t work. no matter what settings I use, or how I set up notifications, or how loud the volume is, it just doesn’t work on my phone. not even a vibration or a notification.
what a shame, I really wanted this to be great!

Sad… it stopped announcing after IOS 15
I just got so used to hearing this app. It stopped announcing after IOS 14 something and even stopped with IOS 15. It’s like my friend left me…

This item is non functional. It has never worked from the time it was downloaded.
App doesn’t work
It doesn’t announce time..just the sound
Needs 15 and 10 intervals
I really like this ap. I had an old clock that did this, even would talk to you whenever you tapped it. Why this isn’t standard for all devices is a mystery. The option for 15 year old tech not even used today, puh-leez!
As others have said, it would be even better to add more intervals, 5, 10, 15 minutes.

What’s up?
I really like this app but lately it is broke. Is there a fix or upgrade? I really like to keep track of my time through out the day. Upgrade please!!!
Non Functioning App
Nothing to review since this app does not work.
Great app up until the last update
I purchased this app several years ago and have come to rely upon it. Unfortunately after installing the last update my Time Talker now announces the incorrect time every hour on the hour. I think that the new options that they added our great however without having the correct time being announced they really are quite pointless. I hope that they correct the problem soon. I'm giving it one star because of the update but will gladly replace it with five stars once the correction has been made.

I was so embarrassed because I forgot about having that app on my phone when I got my new job. Turns out my coworkers love it keeps them on schedule.

Doesn't work on my new iPad. Major fail. Stole my dollar.
It's OK, but could be much better
Not many options to control. Annoying announcements up to and including midnight, then starts again at 7 AM. It needs an option to control when it announces and when it should sleep. This option used to be 9 PM and 9 AM, but they've recently changed it without your consent. It would be great if you could set the time to shut it up and then set a time to start again in the morning. But you must take the midnight to 7 AM timeframe or remember to shut it off at night.

The best app I own.
Innocuous. I work all day in my wood shop. Wear headphones for ear protection and to listen to music. Get caught up in my work... But every hour, just like "clockwork", a magic, invisible assistant tells me what time it is by lowering the vol. of the music and talking at just the right volume... Not to loud, not to quiet, and then returning me to my music. Really, the most useful app I own.
