Rediculous UI.
Rediculous UI. The video doesn't play on full screen on Macbook. The video controls aren't accessible after the video starts. It's been 1 and half hour and yet I have not been able to access anything on the app smoothly.
I cannot read the headings
All the headings are in white text colour and the background is white as well so I am not able to read the headings please fix the issue

Once I fill out the details it crashes before opening the home page on my phone.

Giving 1 star 0 was not available other wise I would have gave 0 because they deserve this, Please don’t waste your time here in this classes all they need is money…. they are not giving proper infrastructure facilities and their app & site both are not optimised and not even secured. They have the worst user interface. You’ll not get all features together in one place. They just say that they keep every student record but that’s not the case. they are not even bothered about if the student is coming or not. They have even taken all the video lectures from the page. Now they are selling it for money even for existing students.

Entire content is not available & very slow loading
Not all the content that is available on the website is on the app….whatever the content is available also loads very slow

It doesn’t show's video lectures option in app which is totally worst we have to login all the time in time websites which is so irritating in this apop they have to provide us videos lecture option
Keeps on crashing please help
Downloaded the app, logged in as well. Was working fine until then. But not it crashes as soon an opened. Could not even proceed to see any page.
System Dark Mode Issues
The app doesn’t support dark mode, but somehow it is getting affected by the system wide dark mode settings.
While in dark mode, the screen background remains white and the text colour also changes to white, which makes the text invisible.
Please fix this issue.

Total Waste Of Time
The app is very user friendly. But it is full of bugs and glitches. Whenever I try using the app it crashes and it almost empty.
Honestly total waste of time. Not expected from TIME after taking such a huge amount of money.

I am not able to open the app on my phone at all. Sent an email but haven’t heard back.
Lots of bugs
Content on app is great but there are lot of bugs in app there is not a single day when i can’t find any glitches and not like small bugs but bugs that doesn’t go away until u unistall it and reinstall it like the home menu just goes blank

The app has totally nice set of options and easily accessible but the app has glitches that you possibly can't imagine, every time when i try to shift from one place to another it just lags and glitches and what not. total waste instead you can use the online version
Worst app
What’s wrong with this app? I’ve installed it so many times in my iPad and iPhone but each time the app just crashes as soon as zi login with my account credentials. On top of that even the website of TIME doesn’t while browsing from either iPad or iPhone doesn’t let me see the e-books that I’ve on my account. Worst experience.

Recently, because of the online courses the management decided to upload the lecture on the app for a time period. But I don’t get the online courses on my app.i just get the video lectures.

Nice Interface
The app has a nice interface but please make it glitch free, there is an issue related to lagging as whenever you switch from one page to another it lags, if that part is taken care off, the application would become super smooth.

This app needs a lot of improvement, because it usually takes up a lot of time to load content even on a good internet connection, it crashes in between which is not at all expected.

Long time to load home screen
When I first installed, it was almost ok. Since then it takes a lot of time for loading home screen!
