Great!
Ignore the other review, that person obviously didn’t even bother looking at what they were downloading. Not sure why they downloaded it in the first place and then left a review criticizing it for doing exactly what it was designed for. I’m leaving this review to try and compensate for their silliness.
It does exactly what it says! This is something that I find really helpful in bringing me back to the present moment and helping me keep on track by making me aware in a tangible way of the passing of time.

Thank you for the positive reply. Glad you the app is helping you out ❤️
Just a periodic chime
If there was some way to get this to actually help you with ADHD time blindness in better than 15 minute intervals, I couldn’t find it.

Thanks for the feedback! The periodic chime actually is the core idea, not a missing feature — TimeAware is built on the concept of time anchoring. With time blindness, hours can slip by unnoticed; a consistent chime at set intervals gives your brain a repeating reference point, so you gradually build an internal feel for how long 15 minutes actually is. It works passively in the background rather than demanding interaction like a timer app. That said, I hear you that this wasn’t obvious — we’ll make the “why” clearer in the app. If you give it a week of consistent use, most users find the chimes start doing their job.
