I am someone who will sit at my computer for hours on end programming or playing games without getting up. This app forces me to get up and stretch and rest my eyes which is having some really big impacts on my health. The hip and back pain that I usually experience after a day's work is completely gone and I actually feel both more productive and rested. I like that I only had to set it up once and it keeps working. It is also good that I can easily manually override the break time if I am working on something important - some other apps that I have tried actually ended up screwing me over because they wouldn't allow this
