It’s a podomo timer with little customizability

Based on the name and description of the app, I download expecting to be able to create a custom time box for my tasks so I can get them done within a certain amount of time that I set. When trying to use this app I found a standard podomo timer app where I’m stuck with the podomoro method of 25 minutes and break 25 minutes and break etc. it’s not clear what icon buttons do and I find myself getting no response or visual feedback from the app when trying to see what they do.

No sound options

This would be a much more useful tool if it actually made noise at the end of each session and break. Unless I’m missing something, there is no way to set up actual alarms so unless you’re paying attention to your device— which kind of defeats the purpose— you don’t know when it ends.

Response from developer

Thank you for the feedback and the rating, Ammit1313! The app alerts you at the end of sessions using Notifications and the default notification alert sound. In order for them to work, you need to give them permission when the app asks for it the first time (or you will need to re-enable them in Settings if you rejected them). Also, keep in mind that if you are in Do Not Disturb or in Sleep mode, iOS won’t deliver any notification. You can see a sample of the notifications on the screenshots. I hope that this response helps.
