Logs me into a random account
Every time I try to login to link my insta it links me to a random account so weird
Won’t let you chose default account
Seemed like a decent app and wanted to use it but it auto selects and locks which account to use so if u have a business account it might chose that as the default which makes this unusable for its purpose. Contacted the support but they did there’s no way to change the linked account.
Good idea but poor functionality
Why do you have to use it in the app and not actually in IG? Is there something I’m missing?

I would like to thank the developers for making this app. Social media platforms are engineered to harvest us like crops and offer no real control tools for time and content management. With this app I have a good mix of staying in touch with my friends and keeping in control of my time and content consumption.

Does not block the apps or reels.

Hi, thanks for trying the app. TimeCap can block reels when you browse Instagram through TimeCap itself, but not if you browse through the official Instagram app. Let me know if that’s what you tried, and if it still did not work. Antonio

Great app, could you add a back button in youtube. It would be great if I could get back to the home page without refreshing the sight

Finally! Just What I’ve Been Searching For
I’ve been searching high and low for some way to customize how I browse instagram so that I can do so without the temptation of the Reels tab. TimeCap has given me that option and really given me my time and attention span back! You can also limit time on apps all together and remove your Instagram explore page. Highly recommend this app!

Good app
I’ve been using for more than 8 months now. It’s a good simple app that let’s you use a « dumb » version of Instagram with a timer, i.e. see posts, stories, answer to messages.
I really like it. I don’t spend more than 20mn on Instagram a day vs 1 or 2 hours before, yet I can see all the interesting content and my friends stories, but without the stupidly addictive Reels.
You can’t receive message notification but you get used to it. The app is seriously built and the developper is reactive.
