College student in distress here—All homework content wiped

I just opened the app and all my homework assignments were gone. It said something like 'you have used up the days in the free version, buy the pro version to continue'. So I did. I bought the pro version because I need my homework assignments back. But they didn’t come back. A whole semesters worth of homeworks that I meticulously put into the app, going through every due date and time, writing in the details… Gone. I was not aware that this app was a goddamn time bomb that would obliterate everything I put into it after I used it for a certain amount of time. I would just like to reiterate that because of this, the next two days are going to be a living nightmare for me. Thanks.

Hello there! We are sorry to hear that, with our app you get one free term to use under the free plan. Once that free term is complete, you can purchase Pro to get unlimited terms where every new term will start with all new assignments and courses. We also just launched version 2.0 which required some users to go through a migration phase where all assignments and courses would be migrated and would allow the opportunity for multi device support. I love this app!

I use this app everyday of my life. It is so helpful and sooooo much better than the planners my school gives out. I love how you can set a reminder. Without this app I would’ve forgotten about so many assignments! I’m seriously glad I found this so when I did! Honestly considering going Pro because I use it so much!

Add a ding noise

I love the app, it’s quick and easy. I like all the different features, but I would love for there to be a little ding or a noise saying you completed something especially because it is a homework app I think it would be good to have a sort of reward noise.

I really like this app...but

I really like using this planner but it’s not letting me upgrade to the pro version of it!

Really good app!

This app is so easy to use and it always keeps me in the know of my assignments. Easier than placing everything in the calendar app. When is the Mac version coming!!

Great app. Wish there was an Apple Watch version

Love it but I would love it even more if I could have it on my Apple Watch

Really easy and simple to use. Great for people that procrastinate and need reminders to do their homework like me.

Easy to use

Really straight forward. Hate writing stuff in planners but using this allows me to stay on track and it notifies me when I have stuff due. One tip would be to make it so that you can add two start and end times for each class since some courses that are many times a week don’t always start at the same time each day. For example my Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday class has a different start time for Tuesday but I can only put in one time. Besides that it’s a great app that’s easy to use and very helpful.

Edit: on their app they have a place for feedback, sent in the idea and received a personally written email back talking about the types of changes they’re going to make. These guys are great
