Easy to Use

The company I work for has been using Timeero for almost a year now and it’s been perfect. Users can log in and out easily and tracking mileage is a breeze. I also needed assistance with my account today and Ashleigh was able to solve my issue quickly and effectively.

Time saver

Brilliant app for time management and travel. I use the app as a small business to see my teams clock inn and out time and the distance they travelled during work hours. Also any problems that may occur there is always someone to help and in my case I had Ashleigh Brown how quickly resolved my issues and was a massive help.

I like this app. I like that I can track my guys and that it’s easy to use. It’s been a helpful little app for our small business. So far so good!

Our company just started using Timeero. The app is straight forward, and the segmented tracking feature is what really sold us! It has been really easy to get help when I have chatted in for questions as I’m still learning this product. When I chatted in today, Ashleigh from support was knowledgeable and kind. I got the answers I needed quickly and went on with my day. So far I am happy with our start up process and looking forward to getting our employee time data easily tracked and organized by project.

Makes Mileage Tracking An Ordeal

I wanted a robust, easy to use mileage tracker. This one is not. After setup it tracked about a quarter of my trips. These were ~50 mile trips at freeway speed. I have no idea what it used for start and stop points but the few trips it did track were dramatically off in reported distance. You can't see what it is totaling on the phone app, you have to log in to the Admin account from the Web interface. This app is a hassle to use and is inaccurate.

Complete Scam

We were never given the option to pay monthly only one option to pay annually. We decided that after seven months, we needed something better and we found a better service. After canceling, we asked when we would get a refund for the remaining 5 months, and was told they do not give refunds at all under any circumstances. After learning this, we believe this is a scam system set up for payments just to collect money. Would be 0 rating if possible
