With TimeFleX Mobile you can easaly arrange appointments with your customers. You have always direct information about the availability of your staffs in your group calendar. - create, modify and delete appointments - availability of staff / resources - new meetings - direct action on employees (calls, e-mails, ...) - meeting management - desk sharing Attention: This mobile app requires a TimeFleX server installation.
