Web server time out
Does not work at all. I wanted this so I don't have to use the website on my smartphone. The website is awful on my phone and it would be nice for them to have either an app that works or a mobile optimized website.

so have tried numerous times to log in and all I get is a web service error! please correct as this would be an awesome app if worked correctly

Does Not Work (Consistently) with TMobile
I have TMobile and this app works about 50% of the time. The other time is says "Web Service Error". If I didn't have to use this app to clock in / out everyday for work I would abandon all together.
Also, app isn't up to date with iOS 8.0 and iPhone 6 Plus.

From 5 star to 1 Star to 4 Star
The system started out great. Bad update on the app update. Not too sure what went on behind the scenes. Punches wouldn't go thru and poor tech support. Low and behold tech support stepped up and app was updated today. Keeping my fingers crossed; so far so good. Great job guys.
Looks like we are back to one star. Unfortunately the great software had a recent update about one month ago. They added a feature so that a user is automatically logged out due to inactivity. Prior to the update they did not take into account that the iPhone app would also need to be updated. This has caused severe inefficiency from a user's standpoint. Now each iPhone user has to logout then login before each punch. It has been about three weeks now and they still do not have a fix. Once again, keeping my fingers crossed...

Misses my punches
At least once a week it says my punch was saved and it doesn't show up. But it happens more like 4 time per week. I can't rely on this app. Why does it say it's sent and saved if it doesn't update on the website?

We have 30+ employees using this system and only 3 guys have an issue with the app via iPhone.
Make sure in the server settings you have https and not http. Also if the app doesn't send your punches, just use the browser side on your phone and stop whining about it. If you can code the program better, apply for a dev position at q quest!

Nope.
Ap said my punches were sent successfully for a whole week of out of town work, including a lot of overtime. None of them showed up. Had to guess on my hours, undoubtedly either I didn't get paid what I had worked for, or my employer paid me for more than I worked. TimeForce should have paid me for 24/7 for that week and not left me and my employer guessing. Frustrated, disappointed, and wanting more.

New version of app is Terrible. It doesn't work. Please revert back to old version.

Worst time clock app ever made. None of my punches have gone through in days and I have tried over 3G 4G and WiFi. horrible system always down. Don't use!
