TimeGate is the employee app for companies that run attendance, leave and scheduling on TimeGate. CLOCK IN AND OUT Punch in and out from your phone. Your company chooses how each punch is verified: the branch Wi-Fi network, a location geofence around the site, a photo taken at the moment of the punch, or a combination of these. The home screen shows today's punches, and you can open any past day to see the full record. LEAVE AND BALANCES Request annual, emergency and the other leave types your company has set up. Check your remaining balance before you submit, attach a document where one is required, and follow the request as it moves through line manager and HR approval. APPROVALS FOR MANAGERS If people report to you, everything waiting on you sits in one list. Approve or decline leave, attendance corrections and external duty requests without leaving the app. ALSO INCLUDED Your shift schedule and punch schedule for the week ahead. Notes and replies attached to a specific attendance day, so questions get settled where the record is. External duty requests for work away from your usual branch. Warnings issued to you, with the detail behind each one. Push notifications when something needs your attention. TimeGate requires an account with a company that already uses TimeGate.
