TimeGuardian Plus protects you from insidious time thieves.
It helps you perform actions that don`t take much time but require attention.
For instance, you take a shower, make a bed, pack your lunch, or do morning exercise.
At its core is a timer that dings with a set interval.
It reminds you to stay concentrated when you are distracted by something.
You can choose a sound from builtins or add your own by providing a URL.
TimeGuardian can record history, which you can then edit.
Also, for more straightforward usage, you can create tasks with preset intervals and names for history recording.
You perform tasks in a particular order, and TimeGuardian allows you to set this order.
It makes starting the timer with one button possible, and all the settings will be configured automatically.
